I hold advanced qualifications in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching - including philosophy & east/west psychology, Rehabilitation & Performance Exercise, Neurokinetic Therapy, Massage Therapy & AiM gait/movement assessment, as well as a number of other professional qualifications.

I have extensive experience working with clients with disc bulges, arthritis, frozen shoulder, knee & hip pain, tension/stress headaches, pre/post surgery as well as being able to prescribe specific specialist corrective exercise - helping you to help yourself.
